I would recommend this building to people because the rent is fair, and even though it’s close to Jane and Finch area, the building is quiet and no one bothers. She also respects and has good communication with the tenants, which for that reason has built a good relationship with the tenants of 45 Driftwood Ave. All this has improved in the building thanks to the superintendent Kathy, who I see early in the mornings, or night time, and rain, snow, or sun keeping the building clean.
